There is no such thing. It's either a PowerPC (G5) or an Intel (Core Duo or Core 2 Duo). For the ppc open the back and look for bulging capacitors (tall cylinders) you don't want those, make sure it comes with a copy of Leopard. Personally, I would not buy a ppc machine now unless you got it real cheap say less than $250.

For the Intel's go for a Core 2 Duo model, more memory capacity, faster, better WiFi. You may want to run the Apple Hardware Test off of the install DVD before you buy to make sure everything is ok. Don't pay more than $450. Operating system doesn't matter as you can buy and install Snow Leopard for $30.
