Buying an Ipad in Germany for use in the UK - any problems?

I am planning to buy an Ipad in Germany and will then continue to use it in England after a couple of months. Apart from the plug adaptor what issues might I face or is everything changeable i.e maps, language etc?

Any thoughts/comments I should be aware about when buying in one country to use in the other.

ps buying in Germany as here now and not in UK at moment!

As long as you are purchasing inside the European Union you are fine when it comes to warranty.

You can change the language.
