Buying in Germany - Using in UK

A really simple question, but I can't seem to find the answer.

I live in the UK and was wondering if I can buy the Apple Watch in Germany? Will it work just fine, or is there some geographical differences in the product? Will warranty etc be affected

If you can get one in Germany then it won't be any different (might be more expensive) if you add AppleCare it's valid worldwide.
