My wife is on an Xs Max and will be upgrading to a 13 Pro. We are adding a new line for our retail business to have a phone in our store that can text customers and take some basic pictures. Trying to decide if we should trade in the Xs Max and get an 11 for the new line or just keep the Xs Max. We are legacy Sprint now on Tmobile. Are there details yet on what we would get for a trade-in? Also assuming we can basically break even on trading in a 3 year old Xs Max and getting a new 11 should we do that or is the Xs Max a better phone than the 11?

Thanks.

Not a big difference between the 11 and XS Max. At least with the 11 you’d have a new Phone, Battery and Warranty. It’s a little faster but the screens not as nice.

Since it will be at our store it will generally be plugged in so new battery not a huge deal. New warranty is a good point. Do you know which camera is better?

iPhone 11

iPhone XS Max

Generally, I'd say the 11 is better.
