When buying in the States, does the price listed already inclusive of Tax? For e.g PB listed 15" US$1,999 . Does this includes Tax? If not how much is it? or it follows the state you're sending the item? Thanks a bunch.

in the USA sales tax is imposed by cities as well as by the different States. I think Apple uses the ZIP code of the place where the computer will be sent to determine the sales tax....something like that anyway
