hey all, im sorry if this has been already talked about but when i searched i didnt find anything clear about this so yea... as title states... where is the best place to buy RAM in Canada? (best place as in best price/quality)

Thanks a lot!

I don't know if I can comment on what is "best", but I urge you to make sure that wherever you buy from, the RAM is guaranteed to work. I purchased RAM from a local reseller, and had to return it twice (caused kernal panics in my powerbook). Since then I have purchased RAM from CanadaRAM (online) for a few Macs - prices seem quite reasonable, good customer service, and most importantly, if it doesn't work it can be returned (and they all worked without any problems).

Buy from CanadaRAM. Great person, good company, and a regular on the Macrumors boards. Not to mention they back their product unlike other random vendors...

I agree -- bought ibook ram in the summer, totallly satisfied.

Just bought a 20" intel imac and had my univ bookstore install the ram. Works fine but I was left with scratches on upper left corner of imac. I should have bought from CanadaRam and installed it myself -- I would have been more careful.

Not only has CanadaRAM (aka Trevor) been extremely helpful and patient on MacRumors over the years, but he runs an awesome company. Can't say enough good things about CanadaRAM, definitely buy through them. Best RAM dealer in Canada, especially when it comes to the picky, specific nature of RAM for Macs. Trevor will sort you out, no problems, and get you exactly what you need.
