OS X buying steam games on ebay??

Hi guys,
I see some sweet deals on few steam games on ebay, i want to know are they safe? will they have issues later? the sellers claim that they will send the product key after purchasing & then we can download the game from steam. Want to know if anyone has done this & is it reliable? if yes any seller that are honest & reliable if you can share?

Hi, Well it is reliable as far as my experience. But it depends on the seller for sure. I highly recommend you to check their feedback out in order to minimize the risk that may harm you financially. I bought Football Manager 2014 from seller who resides in Latvia.

It is actually against eBay rules to sell digital products on their main site. Now if the seller is mailing you a coupon with a Steam code on it, that is OK. I personally wouldn't buy such games on eBay. Steam has sales often enough where you can pick up games for the same or cheaper prices.

thanks for the reply guys, did some google & found out its very risky buying steam games from ebay, even after a while steam can pull of the game from your library if it not legit, decided to stay away from ebay & wait for steam sales..
