Buzzing sound from iPhone 5s earpiece speaker while on call.

Hi, I am hearing a buzzing sound while on call in my iPhone's earpiece speaker. Just like the sound that is heard from a computer speaker when a cell phone is kept nearby. Can anyone help me fix this? Its too annoying to me when I am talking to someone on my phone.
