Buzzing/static on calls (from iphone speaker)

Has anyone reported buzzing/static when on a call and you are listening to the person on the other end? I noticed it quite a bit today. I've had the phone since noon on Friday. (32GB Black)

I have 3g and I hear it all the time. I read somewhere they said it was because of the network. If that is true, damn you AT&T. At first I didn't take this to consideration but after a while, I turned 3G off, it didn't happen.

Are you sure? You'd think the entire call even when both parties are silent would emit a noise.

happens all the time

It happens to me all the time...and I have 3g off. I think it has something to do with the network like I had read months ago...however it's really anoying!
