Carrier Bypass activation ios 7 iPhone 5

Okay if i have an unactivated ATT iPhone and i want to activate it and unlock it, is their anyway to bypass the activation screen? or should i use a program like redsn0w and go to device info and get the imei number use a website to unlock it and use my current sim(Rogers) to activate the iPhone 5

All ATT iPhone Unlock Services are down or delayed currently, for who knows how long.

You can also buy any ATT Sim Card activated or not on eBay for a few dollars, the nano one are gonna run you like $15 or you can get a regualr size one and trim it for like $3 USD.

I'm actually going to Canada soon and Im looking for Canadian sim card, maybe we can work something out. I have a bunch on ATT nano sims I don't need.

The phone may be able to be activated with an AT&T SIM card but he still can't use it on Rogers since it's not unlocked
