I did chose Bytafont back up, but the keyboard is still displaying the same font.

There was a bug with the first release. They came out with a fix and the default iOS 9 font package. Once you install the iOS 9 default font package from Cydia you have to open Bytafont and go into the settings and tap repair Bytafont backup. That fixes the bug. Thanks.
