C&C in windows?

Can someone clearfly to me that if C&C III on a MacMini that is booted in to Windows? I thought I read somewhere they can play it on the Windows side but not on the Mac Side. Which to me doesn't make and sense to be, sense it's just the PC code with Cider Wrapper on it.

I don't really understand your question, but I have CNC3 for both mac and windows. They are 2 separate versions, one in each OS. To give you a tip: if you have one of the versions, your CD key will work in the other version as well. No use paying twice for the same software.
