C&C Tiberium Wars - missing patch

Hello all.
I was very excite to find Command and Conquer - Tiberium wars for mac. So i bought the game disc off Amazon.
it turns out it is version 1.05
I have been reading all the forums and it looks like i need to upgrade to version 1.09 to run on Yosemite.

In order to do that i first need the patch v1.06.
Does anyone know where i can find v1.06 ??
I have looked everywhere, all I can find is patch v1.08 and v1.09. [which i will use once i have upgraded to v1.06]
Im hoping there are some other gamers out there who have cracked this one.

From memory, all I needed was 1.08 and 1.09. I've never downloaded a 1.06 patch. Those first two are all I have archived. Have you tried applying 1.08?

On a separate note, a lot of people on these forums have been complaining that the game doesn't work on recent versions of OS X, so don't expect too much, but please do say if all goes well.

I did try updated with108 then 109 ... it just hangs on the loading page never actually starts.... so i thought perhaps its missing the 106 ... will give it another try.

It may be that your OS is too recent and now incompatible, so maybe it can't even patch. Sorry.
