Erm, I dont' really think we could help you. I think you'd better pick up a book in starting to program in OSX before proceeding further.

Go read a book before trying anything.

I recommend using Google to find the tutorials you need.

Also, I'd recommend using Emacs, VIM, VI, etc. for all your programming at the beginning. Mainly because Fortran isn't directly supported in Xcode, unless you find a plugin or I am thinking of something completely different.
