macOS C programming in Xcode

ok so when im using xcode with C and i try to run a program nothin happends. i found out a way to run it using Terminal but since Xcode is an IDE i wanna know how to run it in Xcode.

I assume that you are wanting to see the console. Xcode does not show it automatically, there may be a setting for this in the Preferences. The Console can be accessed from the Run menu, or the Build menu, I can't remember, in either case the hotkey is Cmd-Shft-R.
