c2d macbook - airport express signal drops

my c2d macbook constantly loses the airport express signal (sometimes it just gets weaker then drops).

i have checked all my settings, preferences and updates and it continues to happen. it connects automatically, signal is strong, then suddenly it just drops after 30 min. or so of usage.

my powerbook g4 Ti uses the same airport express signal and it never has this problem.

any help would be appreciated. thanks.

The same thing happened to me with my MacBook. I had a SMC wireless router. I dind't have any other wireless devices to compare with.

It never happened to me again since I exchanged my router and got a Linksys.

Not much help, I know, at least similar experience here.
