Why is this happening ? I've done the fresh install 3hours ago.

I've done some research online and seems that some people on the Apple forums got this issue when they updated to Sierra. I was having this issue myself before doing the fresh install, so I thought that a fresh install would going to solve it but it is still happening. Maybe a should wait more time, because I transfered around 100GB of data and it needs time to index everything, but it isn't showing anywhere if Spotlight has finished indexing everything (there is no bar showing when opening spotlight.

Are you on 10.12.4 yet? I've experiencing the same issue on my machine since I've updated it to the newest version of Sierra...

weird... Since the latest update I am also unable to partition my boot drive for a bootcamp partition. Disk Utility always throws an exit code 8 at me.. Would you mind checking if your machine says the same?

You just have to launch Disk Utility for that and then hit "First Aid" on your Boot Partition of macOS.

First Aid went fine, exit code 0

Try reindexing Spotlight with this command in Terminal. Give it time to complete.

Code:
sudo mdutil -E /
Just did it. The loading bar when opening spotlight is gone now, and it is still stuck in calculating..
I also have reset the SMC and NVRAM.

Just as a test, try holding the shift key to boot to safe mode and try it then. Safe mode stops and login or startup items that might be causing this. Those items would not be running in the guest account, to running safe mode in the regular account will help troubleshoot.

Forgot to tell you that I've alredy tried that, and sadly is still stuck.
