Hi I recently installed OC and uninstalled it on my 5,1 MP and I am currently running Mohave now, and my issue now is my pci Caldigit Esata, USB 3.1 card is only seeing the Esata connection on the card and the USB 3.1 ports are missing? Is there anything I can do?

Thank you very much

2 USB 3,1 ports- Not Working

What PCI devices does your PCIe card have? That will tell us what card you have.

Do you have any third party USB drivers installed? Does the card work in any other version of macOS?

Good news the Inateck KU5211 works great with Mohave, it was the the Caldigit FASTA-6GU3 Plus that is incompatible with Mohave at least for my system, thank you very much for your help!
