I've search all the forums, but haven't found an answer.

I'm on iOS 9.0.2 jailbroken on both my iPad and iPhone, both are experiencing the issue.

The issue is with the stock Calendar app, when an "All-Day" event is entered it automatically spans two days. If I change it to show both the correct same day, it jumps back to two days when I click Add.

If I boot into safe mode the All-Day event enters correctly.

Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix?

I have this same issue. I have tried literally every way of deleting and readding to fix it. Any fix would be awesome.

It happens to me also. Prob something to do with Pangu itself.
I put my all days on my macbook and that syncs them fine for just one day. If I'm out then I put the standard hour it shows then I change it on my mac when I get home.

I ended up downloading the Google Calendar app to enter my schedule. I kept messing with setting thinking it was just something in my setup. Thanks for confirming it wasn't just me!

Yup. I've just noticed this problem too.

I also have A Cal installed and this does not have an issue with all day events running over 2 days!

Has anyone found a fix for this?

Why did you reply here first then made a new thread asking about it?

Jail broken iPad Air iOS 9.01
So I just started running into this issue , I'm not sure what caused it but I worked out a temp fix.

When making an all day event , don't set it to all day , instead set the start time and end time as 12am of the say day.

Save the event.

Go back and edit the event, you can now set it to all day and save it.

It seems my issue is that every time i make an event it defaults the start time as 9pm, and setting it to all day just adds 24 hrs to the event instead of making it 24 hrs of the same day.
