When setting a “On Day” reminder to an All Day calendar event the reminder defaults to 9 am. Does anyone know if that default time can be changed? I’d like to have the reminder go off when I’m getting ready for my day maybe at 7 am. Thanks.

Try Settings > Calendar > Default Alert Times > All-Day Events

Nope, I still can’t change the default reminder time in Settings > Calendar > Default Alert Times > All-Day Events

Do you mean you can't change it at all or that the options there are limited?

In terms of the options, it does appear that those have limitations as to what Apple offers. It's possible that to get different or more custom options for alerts you might have to go with a different calendar app that would offer something like that. Or potentially separately set up separate reminders to go off at a particular time earlier in the day.
