Calendar App Issues

Most of the time when I open the Calendar App set to see the current month on a date with one of my contacts birthday, the app opens right to that persons contact information. Why? Talk about annoying!

Birthdays can be pulled from people’s contact cards, when you tap on a calendar event that is pulled from contacts it will jump to that persons contact card. This is standard behavior in the calendar application.

It doesn't do that if the contacts and birthday calendar are synced from Google.

It's just another calendar subscription to iOS.
