Why is the calendar app so bad? For some reason I always have trouble with the apple calendar. I'm always fighting off duplicate events, I can't add attachments to an event, things disappear. What the hell. How can it be this bad, it's just a f'n calendar for ****s sake. Does anyone know how to(or why we can't) add a picture or attachment to an event? Specifically while not using icloud. If that at least worked it'd be fine, but as soon as I logged into icloud I got duplicate events on my phone but nothing showed in icloud. And STILL never found a way to add a pic. This was after trying to log into icloud on my phone to do it only to find "icloud calendar not available on phone", So had to log into a browser etc. etc. etc. Holy **** all this run aroudn just to still not be able to add a picture to an event. Die apple you **** tards.

Does anyone know how to add an pic to an event on this useless OS?

When I am on my phone, when I add an event, if I scroll down, it shows "Add Attachment". Or are you looking for picture that is stored in you "Photos" section?

Granted the "Add Attachment" will show the most recent files. You can however browse "On my iPhone", "iCloud Drive", or in my case, I can also browse my NAS via the DS File app. You can also pick downloads.

Thanks for replying!
Mine does not show an "add attachment" anywhere. I have URL and notes, but no add attachment. I would be using a picture from my photos though yes, but I have no way to choose anything without an add attachment field.

On my phone the Add Attachments shows up when I choose edit. Perhap you need to wipe you phone and reinstall - you do have a backup right?

Whether the attachment option shows could depend on who you have your calendar set up with. My iPhone is set up to use Google Calendar and has no add attachment option. Based on the screenshot above at the bottom i have "Show As" then it jumps straight to the "URL" field.
