Is there any Calendar Apps with their own sync service, not google or apple, that sync instantly when you add and delete events please for both iOS and Android ? Thanks.

I think you are looking at this a little backwards. You can pay for a service like Fastmail (there are a lot of others) to hold and sync your data then use either the default Mac and iOS apps to sync to, or use compatible third party apps on Mac or iOS.
