Ever since downloading the Calendar beta the Birthdays of my contacts birthdays are completely messed up. First they were off by 3-5 days. I fixed all of my immediate family yesterday and today they are all off again by a day or 2. Everytime I change them they all get messed up again the next day or the next time the calendar syncs. What the hell is going on

I am confused. The Birthday Calendar comes from the date set in your contact records birthday field. What ges messed up? You said you fixed them. Where? On the contact record? If so, maybe you are syncing your contacts with something that is messing them up. I can't see the new calendar actually altering you contact records.

That's why I am confused as well, but it all started when I started using the calendar beta. I fixed them once in the Mobile Me contact list and then tonight I fixed them again, this time in my Outlook contact list. So we will see tomorrow how they hold up.

That is strange. I also use Outlook and make most of my changes in Outllook. As you know you sync with the MM Control Panel which you need 1.6.1 to support the new calendar. I did not have a problem with my contacts while waiting for new MMCP. Good luck.

Well after trying several things out, the birthdays are still getting messed up in my contacts. Everything else is running fine. I've fixed all the birthdays in my calendars several times, in Outlook, In MobileMe, on the iPhone, and on the iPad. After each fix I try resetting the newly corrected data by doing a reset sync thrugh the control panel. Everything resets, but then everytime Mobile Me syncs, they get messed up again. Now I have contacts where the birthdays are in some cases up to 2 weeks off. I tried contacting Mobile Me support via chat and all they said is that they can't support the beta yet and to provide feedback through the feedback link.

You said you fixed the birthdays in you calendar. What did you mean by that? You should only be changing your contact records. Why not try just changing the date in the MM web interface of one contact record at a time and see if the contact records get change in the devices. One at a time.

Also, if you have manual birthday events in any calendars they should be removed.

I think the problem is outlook. I know when I was using outlook with mobileme I used to get problems with my birthday dates and whenever I would make changes, these were only temporarily.
Since Im using mobileme only with my mac, I havent had any problems.

I have used Outlook since the beginning without problems. Maybe a setup issue. I have recently started using a Mac Mini without any problems. I am on the Calendar Beta with Outlook (Win 7), iPhone, iPad and now Mac Mini. All in Sync and Birthday Calendars are working fine on each device. I am talking about Birthday's ONLY stored in the Contact Records. No manual Calendar Birthday Events as I was doing in the past.
