Why doesn't my iPhone 4 show any calendar info on the lockscreen? I have the option turned on in the notifications part of the settings app. Does anyone else's work? That was one of the features I was most looking forward to. :(
It works great (along with the weather) on the notification tray, but I want to see it on the lockscreen too.

I think it shows the entries for that day. However, it shows me only in the notification center and not on the lock screen, although I turned on the option to show it there.

Same here. I also set mine to show 5 events. I don't if it will just show up to 5 events if you're really busy that day or what. As of now I just have today's 2 events in the notification center, and nothing on the lockscreen. Hopefully they fix it with an update or something, and soon.

User Manual says:
Hide alerts when iPhone is locked
Tap Notifications, then choose an app in the In Notification Center list. Turn off “View in Lock Screen” to hide alerts from the app when iPhone is locked.

I take that to mean that if a calendar entry alarm goes off or a message comes in, you can set them individually to display if your phone is locked or not to display in case somebody oversees them.

So you think that means that only notifications for calendar events will appear in the lockscreen? That sucks. I was hoping that they would show there, kind of like lock calendar, and lockscreen info available through cydia. Looks like I'll have to jailbreak my iPhone once they release it. :mad:

Same here. Also, does anyone know why some of the calendar entries are in italics?

I'd like to find the answer to this as well... searching the internet hasn't revealed anything on why certain things are italicized and others aren't. Anyone know?

It works great (along with the weather) on the notification tray, but I want to see it on the lockscreen too.

Under settings->notifications->Calendar

"Notification Center" - this setting controls whether the current day's events show up when you swipe down the notification center.

"View in Lock Screen" - this setting controls with the event reminder alarms and new invitation alerts show up on the lock screen.

There's no way to have the calendar show the current day's events on the lock screen.
