Hello all....

I have an iPhone 5 using iCloud for contacts, e-mail, calendar, etc.... When I send an invitation for an event to someone, and the individual accepts the invitation, should I be receiving some sort of alert? The only way I can tell if the person has accepted or denied the invite, is by going into the event itself and looking at the invitee section. To add, the person I am sending the invite to uses google, so maybe that's why I am not seeing any notification of acceptance or denial? Thanks in advance.....

Google maybe the issue. Have you tried Yahoo or Outlook.com?

I have not....I will give it a try and see. Thanks.

I re-read your post. You will not receive any notifications when invitees reply. It's the way icloud integrates with iOS. I wish a calendar notification alert would appear but it does not. Sorry
