Since iOS 18, invites sent to me are going into a calendar other than my default (default is set properly in setttings). I can't change them on my iPhone, but can within my desktop calendar app, but only by dragging/dropping.

I use fastmail for my calendar, but they're going to an iCloud calendar that I don't even use.

Any ideas?

Maybe it is a Fastmail setting. I think the app sending to Calendar sets the calendar.

Fastmail=>Settings=>Calendars=>Calendar Options

At the bottom of the page you have an "Invitations" section which controls what happens with invitations received by mail.

Otherwise, I've not seen any new iOS 18 Calendar options in settings, but I'd try disabling iCloud Calendar if you're not using it. Mine is always disabled and haven't had any issues.

Thanks - will see if that changes anything. Toggled for messages from “contacts” to “anyone” and add to calendar from “default” to “Le Big Mac’s calendar”

I don’t recall this behavior before and haven’t changed these settings.
