Calendar messing up Teams meeting links

I seem to have a problem opening Teams meeting invites from the iphone calendar.
The Teams invite has a long hyperlink that works on a PC, and works in safari if you were to paste it in.

However, Calendar does something to the link, breaking it with returns and losing the hyperlink towards the end (no longer underlined), so the Teams meeting it tries to open is invalid.

Is there an option somewhere or is it just an anti microsoft thing?

I click Teams meeting links via the calendar app at least daily, never an issue. Sometimes depending on how the meeting is created you have to tap "show all notes" to get to the real link, other times it's right at the top. Also sometimes it is or is not underlined, not sure what happens there. But it's always clickable and loads the Teams app appropriately.

And freakily today it starts working as expected when I use it.
I'll assume apple read my complaint and fixed it
