Calendar new event

Guys - when creating an event on the iPhone, it shows up in outlook (office 365) at the 10am EST correct time but when you open the invite, it shows it in UTC format. In iPhone calendar options, I checked on Time zone override to show New York but that didn't help either. It's confusing a lot of folks I'm sending the invite to. Thanks
