Calendar synch

I use Outlook calendar to track appointments. When I sync with iPhone it drops all recurring appointments (e.g. every 3rd Tuesday at 3 PM). It syncs the original appointment, but all future recurring appointments are not synced. Any help would be appreciated.

sorry, can't help, but maybe if you were to spell sync correctly others might respond
