calendar template/software

is there any freeware available to make simple calendars.... a photo and the date? or even a word template?

ive searched VT, macupdate, and the microsoft office website and cant find anything?

All I've seen is this thread. It seems like a bit of a hole in OSX software to not have a simple calendar-making app.

Yeah, I'm not getting anywhere on the Mactopia site. As far as I'm aware, you can't transfer templates Windows to Mac (why am I not surprised). Also, I can't find any good Mac templates that resemble anything like a calendar.

That link of yours looks like the best bet.
