I just started noticing this morning that my calendar on my iPhone 6S does not update regularly like it used to.

When I create a new event on my iPad or on iCloud site directly, my iPhone doesn't get the update.
However, if I go on my phone and make a new event, it will then download the changes from the cloud. It's like it's stuck until I do something on my phone to make it go check iCloud for an update.

It's set to Push and the only thing that I can think of is the 9.02 update being the new variable. I don't believe it did this with 9.0.

Am I alone here?

FYI… happening with contacts too… doesn't receive updates to contacts unless I initiate on my iPhone then it is like it forces it to communicate.

Closing my own thread. :)

I signed out and deleted iCloud on my phone and then signed in again and all appears to be ok. I'm guessing it was just some iCloud glitch that had to be reset by signing out and in.
