Half the time, the text disappears from the day's appointments (though the "blocked-off" time is still there). Next time you visit the Today screen, the text/description is back. Anyone else?

I've often noticed the same thing. As much as I keep on wanting to use Apple's calendar widget it's inconsistencies like that that make me stay with a 3rd party widget.

I've always used the Fantastical widget, but it seems to have issues of its own after the iOS 10 redesign. What do you use? Thx

I use EventsWidget, but have also played around with a few others like the widget from Calendars, Widget Cal, Agenda+, iCal Widget.
