iPhone Calendar widget for lockscreen ?

Is there a good Calendar widget for the lock screen, without using something like LockInfo 8 or IntelliX ?

I just tried Subtle Lock now, just a very minimal clean lock screen, but would like to be able to see my Calendar events on the lock screen, without having to use the very heavily detailed apps like LockInfo, etc...

Anything on Cydia like that ?

Not a widget - but have a look at 'Calendar for Lockscreen'.
