There's [app]SaiSuke[/app], it has an excellent copy and paste system for events. It syncs to Google Calendar.
I'm a [app]Pocket Informant[/app] fan though. I love the time bars in monthview, as I can quickly see my schedule for a day.
There aren't any apps that can sync with the iPhone calendar. You can get a spanning program on your desktop that syncs your desktop iCal with Gcal, and then sync Gcal to a Gcal app (Saisuke and Pocket Informant are two of the best, but there are others).
Or you can export your desktop calendar to Gcal, and then sync Gcal to that.
If you prefer text in your calendar app, SaiSuke is excellent! Their customer support at least for English speakers is as far as I know is non-existent though. Everyone that I know has sent them an email has never gotten a reply.
Pocket Informant's customer support on their forums (webIS) is excellent.
Both calendar apps allow you to view and hide other calendars, so you can subscribe to your family members Gcals (on Gcals site you subscribe) and view them when you need to, and hide them when you only want to see your schedule. Anytime you sync to Gcal you get your family members updated schedules.
Saisuke, also check the AppStore link above.
