Are you happy with the current selection of calendars/organisers available on the iPhone? Do you think they could be made better? I do and may make one which will be more user friendly, however as it's a 3rd party app it isn't possible to sync with iCal. Is that a problem for you business people?

It is for people that need to sync up with other people. If you just need it for yourself then it isn't an issue.
Well you could make it sync with Google Calendar, or build a desktop app that it could sync with.
It would take a lot of effort though.
