On my work I'm using "Exchange" server for my e-mail/calendars. So basically if I write something for example in my Outlook calendar it immediately pushed to my iPhone.
Yesterday I've upgraded to iOS 5 and setup iClond on my iPhone 4 & Macbook Pro.

The synchronization "things" are great but I just can't find a way to sync my Exchange calendar to iCloud calendars which then I could sync with my Mac. Because most of the time I'm working with my Exchnage calendar I really want to find some solution... :/

You're basically asking for synchronization between calendar providers. Apple doesn't do this. Apple only supports synchronization between a provider and an iOS/OS X device.
