I have searched both on macrumors and on google and was not able to find anything to answer my question.

I had two calendars synced to my iPhone 3G jb w/3.1 the first calendar was CalDAV that was set for a google calendar. The second one was my work calendar setup through exchange.

I experienced some issues with both calendars not letting me add or remove appointments/events. So I figured I could just delete them and re-set them up. Well when I deleted them and went into my calendar to make sure the info was gone, it was still there. Still shows that I have two calendars, but in the settings they are deleted. I have tried a powering off then on. Tried a soft reset and nothing has worked.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but would like to know if anyone knows how to fix it without having to do a restore. I don't know if I could fix it via SSH.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I guess I am alone with this issue.

Ok so next question if someone can answer. If I restore my phone and set as new....can I go back at a later time and restore my phone from a previous date?

Ex: I go home sync my phone tonight. So the restore date will show Jan. 6th xx:xx time. If I choose to setup as a new phone can I go back to that Jan. 6th date like 3 or 4 months down the road if need be?
