So, I want a crazy schedule, and want a quick way to input it into an application. I have set shifts, either 11am-11pm, 7:30am-7-30pm, 7:30pm-7:30 am.

I'm wondering if there is a way in any app to create a label so that I type Shift A and it automatically knows that I want the times to be 11am-11pm, where as if in the title i type shift B it does 7:30am-pm...???

Hi brsboarder. I know this post is a little old but I came across it through a search. May I humbly suggest my app, Shift Worker. It will do exactly as you need. The website is http://shiftworkerapp.com and the app is very close to a new update.

Not clear exactly what you're asking...would Settings>General>Keyboard>Shortcuts enable what you need?
