Call Block Applications?

I can't seem to find the setting to allow call block applications to work in iOS 14. I am getting a lot of spam text and phone calls that were previously being blocked by my applications however the settings area that was previously used doesn't seem to exist anymore.

I previously had multiple applications as each one did not do them all. Same situation now. This setting only allows one application.
