Noticed with the latest Beta that I'm getting a lot of call failures. This started in 10.3 Beta 4. The phone will show anywhere from 10-15 seconds on the screen then "Call Failed" shows. If I switch on Airplane mode and turn it off the calls will connect for a few minutes then fail again after some time.

Try restarting the phone and if it didn't work then try taking the sim out and reinsert it

Hello,

Please beware that iOS betas are subject to all of these little issues, so if you can't find any obvious reasons for the calls to fail, it is likely to be linked to iOS 10.3 Beta.

However, as stated before, have you tried to remove the SIM card from the tray and reinsert it?
Sometimes it might be helpful.

I do recommend you to follow up with this if it doesn't work.
- Soft reset your phone by long pressing both home button and power button
- Just restart your phone
- Contact your network provider for an eventual SIM replacement.

It is unlikely but possible that your SIM has been damaged, especially if you take it in and out too often (in case you might have a secondary phone for exemple).

Hope that helps.

You may want to check with your operator, and if they can't solve the issue, report it to Apple via the Feedback Assistant or Bug Reporter.
