I don't know if this exists but I would love an app that could automatically set call forwarding to my home phone whenever it detects my home GPS coordinates. Then, when I leave the house, it would automatically turn off call forwarding.

I don't think the iOS SDK can interact with your carrier settings,
It might be able to do so if the carrier has anyway to set the settings via a web control panel, but other than that, you would need a jailbreak tweak.

I still thin you would need to program it specifically per carrier which is why this does not exist or probably wont exists.

well it is posted in jailbreaks and ios hacks so i assume he knows it will need to be something outside the sandbox..

thats a good idea OP. i would love to have mine do that, but for when i get to my office.

I don't know about an app but I would surely love to have a scheduled Call Forwarding feature built into the OS. Our floor at work is like a dungeon and we get no cell signal. I would love to be able to setup a schedule to automatically forward my calls between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.
