Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare "glitch"

Ive recently purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare for the Mac.
Macbook Pro. 15" 2.4 GHz
Radeon X1600
OS X.

Everything is fine... just
When i started the game for the first time...
Everything is upside down and mirror imaged...
The game runs like that and i cant correct it.
Ive tried the technical support at "Aspyr" but they havent gotten back to me.
Ive searched the WHOLE internet for answers.
Can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me.

I read that this happens on Tiger. If you have Tiger upgrade to Leopard.

Yea i called into aspyr and they told me leopard is a system requirement.
But i found a way to play around this issue.

If anyone is having the same problem, just start the game upside down and whatevers...
then start a new game or continue...
Just push escape in the game and everything will go right side up... or on the first training mission, shoot the guy standing on top of stage thing in the back, you'll "Restart" and everything will be rightside up.

This atleast worked for me!
