Call of Duty 4 MW - Installing Mods Help Needed

Can't seem to get any mods to install in COD4 MW. I've placed them, the .iwd files, in my Mods folder within the Call of Duty 4 folder, yet nothing happens.

I downloaded the Mods from here:
http://callofduty.filefront.com/files/Call_of_Duty_4;116index

I'm running COD4 MW version 1.5.

Just looking to be pointed in the right direction on how to get these files to work properly. Thanks.
