Does anyone know if Cod 4 will run well on a 15" 2.4 macbook pro with 2gb RAM?

Yep

That is exactly what I am running (on Boot Camp using XP) and the game runs great.

The laptop will get a bit hot but not enough to stop playing.

the SP game is great (although short)
