I have Intel GMA 950, DDR2 RAM 2GB Samsung, 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo.
I know you will say 'Intel's Integrated chips not supported says on the minimum specs', but however, how come EA's CnC Tiberium Wars shows alert it might not run, but then when I set it to lowest settings, it's still playable.
Why does COD4 just shuts down automatically whenever I open it?
Help?
Also, will I be able to play or even load the game in Windows?

Because CAC3 is an RTS, so less demanding on your system probably, and playable at lower FPS. Whereas COD4 is a lot more demanding, and meant to be played at 60 fps.

The reason is that CoD4 requires an graphics accelerator capable of Pixelshader 3.0, whereas the GMA 950 only supports Pixelshader 2.0 - thats why it quits.
