Call of Duty - Modern warfare 2 - video issues - help!

hello!
im posting this issue, requesting help - this is what i got when i run Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 2 on my Macbook Pro 17" late 2009 8gbrm (pics on my personal images gallery) - big problem - not able to play like that.
theres any one know to solve this issue.!?
I already tried with different video resolutions but problem persists. aa 2x or off..still same problem.

Its GPU artifacts, could be overheating or just a bad chip. Make sure its dusted out and if you can reapply thermal paste.
