'Call" Question

Whenever I dial ds number and hit the call button, a list of 3 options come up: 1 FaceTime 2 Fax 3 Call

Is there a setting to have it just call?

Do you mea you open the Phone app and go to the Keypad screen with the numeric buttons and dial a number there and hit the green call button at the bottom and that's what appears when you do that?

Can't say I've ever seen what you describe. Whenever I dial a number on the keypad screen and tap the green call button it simply calls the number that I entered right away without surfacing any options or anything like that.

I wonder if it's because you have those three call options listed for the particular contacts you're calling? How about if you call a number that is not listed in your contacts, do you get the same three options when pressing the green call button?

Same thing, it hasn't mattered where the number came from.

What device and iOS version are we talking about here? Any chance of getting a screenshot of this?

It feels like some option related to calling or something like that is enabled in some settings, like Accessibilty settings or elsewhere, given that the described behavior isn't the normal iOS behavior (all that assuming no jailbreak or anything like that is involved to begin with).
