After updating to iOS 12. I noticed a big problem all my voicemail is missing in Visual Voicemail. Instead there is just a button saying "Call Voicemail"

I've attempted various steps to fix this and have yet to find a solution.

Steps taken:
- Enable Airplane mode and disable Airplane mode
- Reboot iPhone
- Change Voicemail pin
- Check for Carrier updates
- Reset Network settings
- Restore Backup (via iTunes)

None of this has had any effect. I know it has nothing to do with my plan. I've had the same plan for seven years now. This is an issue which started with the iOS 12 update.

iPhone 5s (factory unlocked, US version, GSM version)
iOS 12.0
T-Mobile (US)

Anything else to try?

Edit: Just tried a full factory reset in iTunes. Even with a clean install and factory settings. The results are the same.

I dealt with this yesterday, but I'm on Verizon. I started a chat with a rep at Verizon and they reset my voicemail (so they say). I restarted my phone and everything was back to normal. Took about 3 minutes.

Did you try entering your VM passcode after hitting call than hanging up and waiting awhile? Did the trick for me on att after the upgrade.

This^^^.

Had same a year ago on ATT as well. Reentered the vm pascode via the "Change Voicemail Password" option in settings. No issue since.
