Wondering if anyone could help me out.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2.

Incoming calls used to look like this on my lockscreen with the white callbar only and I could still do things on my lockscreen: http://www.actualidadiphone.com/wp-c...LockScreen.jpg

Now they look like the image on the right and I am no longer able to do anything on my lockscreen (check email, etc - as I have lockinfo installed): http://cydiaism.com/wp-content/uploa...reenshot_4.png

No major recent changes (no new apps, no significant system setting changes) I can recall. Unsure what triggered this. Changed settings to no avail.

Should look like

It looks like what you think it should look like is for iOS 7. You're on iOS 6.x so that may be why it looks different?

What version of callbar are you using? Are you using the legit paid version?

I bought it about a year ago. I was and have always been on 2.3-126 since it was released spring of 2013. It was just these past couple days that something happened. I've always had the white callbar at the top of my lockscreen when I had incoming calls. Can't figure out what happened. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, upgrading, and downgrading back to this version and nothing has worked.

I did upgrade to 2.3.467 (I think it was - the version just before the current on on cydia which is 2.3.472). I can't remember when I upgraded but it was probably? earlier this week. I *don't* think I was having issues then. This problem just started a couple days ago or so.

how about try deleting the preference file(s) associated to callbar after you uninstall it?

then reinstall it in a "clean" state

The problem is I don't know how/where to find residual files left over after uninstalling...I don't know which part of the system directory they are in. Tried looking for them before but I had no luck. I guess if anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be worth a try.

Edit: I know there are files left over because the settings are saved after I reinstall.

Search for and install either iCleaner or iCleaner Pro. It's a system maintenance tool and it will allow you to delete individual preference files in an easy format, rather than having to hunt them down in the file system.

Didn't work :-(

There must be something very wrong...everything was deleted this time and I reinstalled only the old, known working version and still didn't work. This time I had to redo my preferences because everything was uninstalled and deleted.

Any other ideas?
